The project included renovation and a 3-story addition to the existing courthouse to expand the toilet rooms, circuit clerk, and county clerk areas.

The addition also had a new grand jury room. The toilet areas greatly expanded the
courthouse facilities to include required
Americans with Disabilities Act fixtures and amenities. New water service was brought into the courthouse to serve the expanded needs.

New HVAC air conditioning and ventilation
systems were designed for the addition. Each floor of the addition was provided with a new dedicated split DX air conditioning system with gas-fired furnaces.

Electrical design included extended electrical service, lighting, and fire alarm. The project included the relocation and backfeed of an existing radio antennae tower to make room for the new addition.
