Georgetown Fire Station

The Georgetown Fire Station #1 is a two-story facility used as the primary fire fighting station for the City of Georgetown. The facility includes four (4) truck bays, a conference room, living quarters, and a kitchen. Design elements for the fire station include the following:

  •  Emergency propane-fired generator for lighting, truck bay doors, radio charging receptacles, concluded transfer switch, and emergency branch panels
  • Gas-fire radiant space heaters for vehicle bay area
  • Polydrain cast-in-place trench drain system for vehicle bays
  • Elevator power for future elevator
  • Plumbing design to support heavy-duty commercial laundry appliances
  • Design of vintage exterior lighting poles and wall luminaires
  • Design of building wet pipe fire suppression system
  • Design of HVAC Furnace Systems to serve office conference and sleeping areas
